Bike Service & Repairs

When you bring your bicycle to us for maintenance or repair, our friendly, professionally trained technicians will assess your bike's needs and provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate. Whether your bike is in need of a minor adjustment or a major overhaul, we promise that your ride is in good hands.

We reserve the express right to cancel your appointment upon inspection of the bicycle if the bicycle cannot be made to be safe, to our professional standards. We cannot offer extensive services to the following bike brands, and reserve the right to cancel bike appointments for these brands upon inspection of the bike: CCM, Supercycle, Diadora, Raleigh, Huffy, Redline, Hyper, Genesis, Mongoose, Trailblazer, Schwinn, Movelo, Fiori, and some other department store brands. We understand and hope that you love your bicycle, unfortunately, these brands often build bicycles with non-replaceable parts that, when worn out, cannot be made safe again.

Please drop off your bike on the day of your scheduled appointment or up to a day in advance.  Please promptly collect your bike once service is completed.  Service times are typically 2 to 4 business days - we will contact you when the bicycle is complete. We are closed for pickups on Mondays.

ONLY 1 BIKE PER SERVICE APPOINTMENT.  If you have multiple bikes for repair, you must schedule/book separate appointments for each bike.

Tune-Up Package Options

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment.
